Mark S. Snodgrass

Mark Snodgrass has extensive trial experience in criminal courts across

Texas and has been trying jury cases for over 30 years. 

 

A Texas native, Mark grew up in South Texas. He was born in Cuero and graduated from Stephenville High School before attending Texas Tech University, where he played on the offensive line for the football team. He earned his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech in 1992 and went on to receive his  Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas.

Mark has been board-certified in criminal law since 1995. He is a former president of both the Lubbock Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, organizations he has been an active member of since 1997. He also served as Chairman of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Project from 2008 to 2009.

In addition to his trial practice, Mark is a long-time faculty member of the Tim Evans Texas Criminal Trial College in Huntsville, Texas, and is a Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Education Institute SuperFellow. He frequently teaches criminal law and legal ethics at continuing education programs for law students and practicing attorneys across the state.

 

Mark has been married to his wife, Christi Snodgrass, for 25 years, and together they share two children, Claire and Luke. In his time away from work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, watching Texas Tech football, and deer hunting in South Texas. 

Kristopher K. Mincey

Kristopher Mincey, born and raised in Amarillo, Texas, earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2018 and received his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2021.

While in law school, Kristopher served as a student attorney with the Caprock Regional Public Defender’s Office, where he represented indigent defendants in small counties surrounding Lubbock. This experience provided early, hands-on exposure to criminal defense and reinforced his belief in the importance of accessible legal representation for every client.

 

After graduating from law school, Kristopher joined the Law Office of Mark Snodgrass as an associate, where he has grown his criminal defense practice. Known for his strong work ethic, Kris approaches each case with care, preparation, and respect for the serious impact criminal charges can have on clients and their families. His determination and attention to detail have made him a valued and integral part of the firm. 

 

Kristopher is a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Lubbock Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Texas Bar College. 

 

Kristopher is married to his wife, Brylee, and in his time outside of the courtroom, enjoys spending time with her, watching sports, playing golf, and hunting.
